CanadaI have been using it for the past few weeks and it is wonderful for those hot yoga class days. When its a more laid back practice I do have to wet the mat which is a little cold. The size is great and the cork is so comfortable. The cushion is just right and very stable.
CanadaI’ve gone through a few basic yoga mats and finally decided to invest in this one. The sustainability and grip of cork peaked my interest. This mat delivers everything it says it will. I was having problems doing poses on my knees and hips, the 4.5mm provides enough cushion compared to other mats to allow me to do those poses and stretch deeper. I’m very happy with it and would recommend. I also love the fun patterns you can choose!
