Order Processing Delays

Please note, due to the impact of COVID-19 and the rising number of Omicron cases, we are currently experiencing order processing delays.

Safety: Our employees safety are our #1 priority and our shipping warehouse is working hard around the clock to ship your packages safely. We are also taking precautions with hygiene and social distancing in the warehouse, and only a few can be working at a time. Other than that, we are an online business and everyone on our team works from home. 

Tracking Updates Delayed or Glitching

We are currently experiencing some technical delays from tracking updates on the orders. If you received a shipping notification to say that your order is shipped and in 2 days the tracking still says awaiting to be picked up, please note that most items would have been picked up and are already in transit however the tracking is not being updated by the courier. ICS Courier has a technological glitch on the tracking update where it is currently not showing transit times
