I’m pretty happy with the mat. There was a very quick delivery (2 days). I love the art work. The mat is nice to touch. I am not a huge sweater, so I worried it might be slippery without wetting my very dry hands and feet, but it was great. This rolls up into a tight roll very easily, especially compared to my old mat. From looking at the pictures on your website, I thought maybe the mat would curl a little, but there’s no way - it rolls out very flat and firm to the floor. I was also worried about the weight, but the included (easily adjustable) carrying strap is so helpful that the weight did not seem so noticeable. So I kind of wish I had bought the heavier weight, extra thick, 6mm version. Fortunately, my yoga studio has cork floors, so this weight is still comfortable enough and…extra thick doesn’t come in this nice pattern. I find the black art is less fancy, more subtle and, because the design is covers most of the mat and has so many gradations, it should camouflage any staining. I hope these details are helpful to anyone on the fence. I am very pleased that I got this one at a relatively reasonable price, with free delivery (compared to the other brand I had been considering that would have come out to over $400 with exchange rates, tax and substantial delivery fee). CanadaThese are great. I don’t use them for yoga, I urethane them and use them as mats in my kitchen to make standing “softer”.
