*Please note that some couriers may have rare delays which are out of our control. The sooner you order the better the leeway is given for transit risks.
Important: PO box address may be delayed in shipping. Please enter a street address at checkout and an accurate delivery address to avoid delays. PO boxes also have an additional charge, please choose that selection so that you can also have less delays and for the right carrier to be selected.

This is our recommended date to order by. However, there's still a chance to receive an order before Christmas day if you are shipping to non-rural areas and order by December 16th. We ship from both Ontario and British Columbia, and if we have stock in both locations, that means if you are local to the shipping area you are more likely to receive it faster.
You can chat with us and we can let you know if the stock you are ordering can ship from your local location.
The above is suggested time for best times and to be ready for any transit risks. As we highly recommend to follow the recommended cut off dates.

Now available- Purchase an express shipping label at checkout at a flat rate cost and your best/ most recommended order-by date to receive before Christmas is as follows:
*This is not "Expedited" Shipping, it is referring to "EXPRESS" shipping
* Express is not available for orders > 5kg (create multiple separate orders if you are ordering more)
*NO PO boxes for express, or else it will cause a delay.
*express not available for International & US* Exceptions.
*there's still a chance to order by Dec 19th with Express to receive by Christmas, but this is tight and we do not recommend it, due to our processing time of 1-3 business days and during high season. So, not recommended if receiving before Christmas is important to you.
*please note that we do not count the time and days that the shipment may have been attempted to deliver and the receiver isn't available where this applies, or other issues that could arise by dropping off a shipment. We highly recommend that you keep an eye out on your tracking. Customer is responsible for entering a correct shipping address and to keep an eye out. When purchasing an express shipping label, all we do is use an Express Label instead of a regular one for delivery.
