1- Please contact us and communicate with us to inform us if you want your order shipped at a later date for any reason, whether it is traveling or moving  (please let us know as soon as order is placed)

2- Please make sure to pick up your items in a timely manner if they go to the post office! As they will send it back to us otherwise, and we get charged a return penalty by the shipping courier :(

The post office CANNOT hold packages for too long. In the case your item gets sent back to us because of negligence to pick up the item on time, we will have to request to charge shipping fees to resend your item(s) again. We try our best to notify you in this case through all forms of communication so that you can pick up the package or clear the fees on time. We offer free shipping on our yoga mats, however, it costs us a lot to ship an item and then we also get charged return penalty fees when items get sent back to us by the courier.

Please be responsible and kind as we would hope to avoid items getting returned to us 🙏

We love our customers, and it is very important that you get your item(s)! So don't worry, you will receive your order even when there are rare cases of shipping problems. Please contact us to let us know if you have not received your item so we can help you.
